A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Solutions Analyst to join our Project Solution and Service Delivery Team. In this role you will work closely with the business to gather and understand their reporting needs and design and build reports/reporting solutions. You will also carry out business analysis across the business to gather and define requirements, prepare functional specifications and follow the process from initial requirement through to implementation.
The Key Responsibilities for this position include:
- Information Analysis: Gather business reporting requirements, develop and build reporting solutions and provide business support for complex data analysis
- Business Analysis: Collect and define business requirements, coordinate/facilitate business groups, produce functional and technical specifications and manage change control through implementation
- Solution Delivery and Change Management: Manage all aspects of information analysis tools, solutions, training and services for the respective business domains, tasking and co-ordinating additional analysis from subject matter experts where required.
- Health & Safety: Comply with the Company’s Health and Safety requirements and ensure that no action or inaction on your part while at work, harms any member of the public or their property.
Key Training & Experience required for this position includes:
- A tertiary qualification in Business/IT or similar.
- 5 - 10 years’ experience as an Information/Business or Solution Analyst.
- Competent in using complex and disparate information to deliver insights, trends and dashboard reporting.
- Competent in gathering business requirements, developing functional specifications and solution testing.
