You must have the following:
• The ability to work well in a team orientated environment.
• Demonstrated contact centre experience within any industry would benefit.
• A polite, positive and welcoming phone manner.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills - articulation is paramount.
• A strong command of the English language.
• The ability to hit and exceed KPIs as required by the client.
• The ability to work well under pressure and remain calm.
• Be able to build rapport immediately with every customer.
• Reasonable computer literacy skills.
• Be able to provide solutions to customer queries.
