This is an opportunity to utilise your high volume call centre experience with no need to work nights or weekends. The main purpose of the role is to assist customers with payment of their overdue accounts. Having been contacted by email or letter the customer will be calling you for assistance and understanding. Your empathy and ability to deal with a diverse range of person will ensure that the customer is retained.
