Great career opportunity with leading international brand for a Desktop Support Engineer. This is a broad technical support role supporting nine sites and 400 users. You'll be supporting all PC hardware, software, ECB installations, printers and mobile terminals. You'll also be managing a very unique mix of "in house" and "client hosted" customer infrastructure.
You'll need to be demand focused and provide technical solutions yourself or manage via third party suppliers such as IBM or Fujitsu.
You'll be expected to become a broad skilled based Infrastructure engineer across all of our clients infrastructure.
Highly rewarding and challenging role where no two days are the same, one day you may be implementing a global IT standard, the next you may be conducting a global hardware upgrade across the entire company.
You'll need to demonstrate recent infrastructure engineer support experience within large, complex multi site environments.
