Opportunity:
This position is dedicated to the core purpose of DevTech – "To Make Teams Go Faster."
With the principles of DevOps and software craftsmanship kept firmly in mind, you will work across a broad range of existing systems and processes, engaging with key stakeholders to identify existing pain-points and improving them. Fraedom is on a roadmap to Continuous Delivery, and yours and the team's contribution are key to achieving this goal.
This is an exciting role for an experienced and technically-skilled professional who can strike a good balance between pragmatism and idealism, and who has the communication and organisational skills to work effectively with many stakeholders and teams.
Experience we are looking for:
- Knowledge and/or experience with DevOps principles such as systems thinking, experimental mindset and critical thinking.
- Scripted automation of Deployment Processes with PowerShell scripting. C# and .NET development skills an advantage.
- Delivery pipeline patterns and understanding the flow of work
- Knowledge and experience with Team City and Octopus Deploy
- Agile software development
- Able to communicate highly technical concepts adapted to the correct technical altitude of the audience
- Leverages the knowledge of others. Knows when to ask questions, and when to research leading practice
