We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and really make a difference by leading and driving the team as they pilot a new digital delivery model.
Who you are:
• Have deep knowledge and understanding of Agile best practices
• You have lots of experience of running Scrum teams
• You’re someone who can communicate with senior stakeholders
• You’ve got strong leadership skills and carve the way for your team to achieve results
• Someone who can support the team in their quest to meet customer needs
• You personify Scrum and Agile
You will:
• Facilitate the daily stand-up, sprints, retrospective session
• Coach and mentor the squad on Agile best practices
• Be the key influencer who removes roadblocks to make way for delivery
• Provide regular key metrics updates in burn-up, velocity etc.
• Drive continuous improvement for agile practices
