Adminis delivers investment accounting custody, and administration services. At the core of the service delivery is Adminis’s platform which brings investment managers, investors, administrators and custodians together around a single view to support better outcomes for investors.

Adminis is growing rapidly and they are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on the next step in their journey.  Ultimately your role will be:
  • Working with the Chief Product Officer to understand and contribute to the overall business and product strategy
  • Analysing, understanding and documenting business and customer and stakeholder pains and needs. 
  • Documenting, reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to solutions
  • Bridging the communication gap between the Development Team, Customers and other stakeholders
  
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst 
  • Experience or ability to run stakeholder meetings 
  • Experience and knowledge of the financial services industry including trends and opportunities (advantage)
  • Excellent relationship management experience, with proven results for customers 
  • Strong service focus and proactive and responsive to customers’ needs 
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills and problem solving ability 
  • Able to communicate technical information appropriately to the audience
  • Confidence with presentations and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders/customers 
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A passion for creating world class products and current and emerging technologies.
