The Company:

Our client is a focal point of contact for the healthcare sector of Auckland. A variety of stakeholders participates to make this place efficient and constantly focused on continuous improvement. They are now looking at developing some large Business Intelligence solutions to improve their internal processes and increase the effectiveness of the relationship with their clients.
 
The Role:

We are looking for an expert, capable senior Business Analyst to join a large project which is at the business case design phase and wants to analyze how the customers and staff's experience is currently measured and tracked. 

Your job will be to own the business case from an Investment Logic Mapping perspective and to help to identify gaps and other possible solutions. This will require a solid business process focus and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders. 

You'll be a key member for the implementation of this project to go live, your role will be pivotal to identify key requirements and choose the right solutions to implement. 

What you must have to be successful:
 

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large enterprise environments
• Experience in customer service's analysis 
• A focus on business process analysis
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of the Investment Logic Mapping Technique (ILM)
• Ideally, you have some knowledge of the healthcare sector
• Excellent English language skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with colleagues and superiors
