We are growing - we have a full time Escalations Coordinator position being added to our Operations Team. A great opportunity awaits the successful applicant to join our Auckland based team in a challenging and rewarding role.

As an Escalations Coordinator, you will liaise with our client, end customers, our operations team and our field force to manage escalations in a timely manner, and look to provide outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background or understanding of the Chorus Fibre Connect and Build programs.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, call centre environment, dealing with high volumes emails.
  • The ability to quickly assess, action and resolve queries and escalations, engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders to do so.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Time management and the ability to prioritise tasks throughout the day
  • An ability to work within a strict KPI metric.
