We are seeking a Wellington based Network Service Centre (NSC) Team Leader to take that next step in your career and make our Corporate, Government and Wholesale team more awesome.

What will I be doing?

You will be working with well-known premium customers to ensure that our telecommunication offerings continue to hum, managing a team of Technical Support Specialists in Wellington. On a daily basis, you will be assisting our team with assurance through escalation management, managing ticketing workflows and call queues, compiling monthly reports and assisting our National Assurance Manager.
