We’re looking for a manager with drive and focus to lead our strategic planning team within the newly formed Planning & Projects function.
In this role you’ll collaborate closely with our Technology Group leadership to align business objectives and activities. You’ll drive improvements in delivery of outcomes across asset management, maintenance, resource and workforce, and programme planning. You’ll define, manage and develop the strategic and tactical frameworks and processes, drive workforce capabilities and ensure alignment with Airways’ strategy.
You’ll apply your significant industry experience in asset management, capital, and resource planning within the technology, engineering or construction sectors. You’re background will include recent, complex strategic planning with advanced knowledge of the application of best practice planning frameworks and tools. In terms of personal and leadership qualities, you’re a dynamic leader who knows how to embrace and lead people through change.
