About the role:
As the Development Team Leader, you are responsible for leading & assisting your team of Software Engineers to develop & document software to deliver business critical projects, managing the day to day activities through standard Agile methodologies & ceremonies, and participating in ensuring team targets are met as advised by management. The Development Team Leader is responsible for leading & mentoring 3 graduate developers, a designer, MS CRM specialist, PowerBI specialist and BA. We expect to add more as required. This role will also engage with clients to assist them in understanding the development process and gain clarity around their requirements to deliver applications to time and budget. The role reports to our Service Excellence Manager, who is responsible for all Operations areas of the business.

About You:
You will have completed a tertiary qualification in Information Technology and/or engineering or have a great history of writing applications to show us
Lead a team of developers using Agile/Scrum and well versed with standard ceremonies
Be well versed in Angular, C#, .Net 3.x & 4.x, Core, Ionic and able to assist others in understanding and developing solutions with these frameworks
Competent in using and developing on Windows OS, knowledge of iOS, MacOS, Android
Certified and/or experienced in SQL Server and RavenDB (NoSQL variants)
Competent in Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure Cloud Technologies
You will have written apps in your own time and will be proud to show off your unpolished code
Previous experience in commercial web apps would also be great so don’t be shy showing it off
