To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Relevant work experience or tertiary training/qualifications is a preferred but not a must.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in specialist roles within an IT organisation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage/archive systems, database environments – MS SQL.
• Proven analytical skills in researching best practice and trends (internally/externally).
• Skills in change management and/or software development life cycle.
• A problem solver attitude with a good attention to detail.
• A good understanding of Windows Server 2008 and 2012 platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-channel communications.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new applications and work flows quickly and create process and technical documentation.
• While not essential and Understanding of PCI-DSS, and a knowledge of ITIL or MoF will be an advantage for this role.
