Your new company in a nutshell:
This is a medium sized, NZ owned business who are international leaders in their market. They are a highly innovativate organisation developing data driven web and mobile products and utilising Amazon Web Services.
What will you do?
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for multiple concurrent projects, mostly within the web and core application space. The projects can be either IT or business driven initiatives. In addition, you will contribute to the Project Management processes within the organisation to lift capability.
A day in the life:
- Deliver assigned projects ensuring management through project life cycle
- Manage project parameters with project stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders - providing guidance and advice
- Assist in leading and promoting continuous improvement
Your background:
- Experience within a project environment including familiarisation with PRINCE 2
- Demonstrated record of successful project management and delivery
- Previous experience within Agile projects
- Knowledge of system development practices and life cycles.
- Excellent communication skills
- Procurement and bid management experience is desirable but not essential
