Tyreline, is a New Zealand operated tyre and lubricants importer / wholesaler, for a number of world leading brands including Michelin and Shell.
The primary responsibility of this role is to receive incoming sales queries, provide the customer with accurate information that specifically relates to their needs and to turn the query into a sale. Within the scope of this position you would be involved with:
- Manage technical, product and stock queries;
- Input customer data into CRM, including updates and call reports;
- Customer sales enquiries via email;
- Providing support to our Territory Managers;
- Contribute to the on-going review, development and implementation of changes to improve the productivity and efficiency of the sales team;
- Proactively managing any freight / delivery queries;
- Outbound sales calling.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a serious sales focus and a genuine desire to provide the very best customer experience. Automotive and/or Industrial lubricant experience would be beneficial.
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Clear concise speaking voice with an excellent command of the English language both written and verbal;
- A proven track record for successful over the phone sales;
- A team player;
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Suite);
- Consistent attention to detail and proven ability to multitask;
- Not just a "Can Do" but a "Will Do" attitude.
