ABOUT THE BUSINESS AND THE ROLE:
We are seeking a friendly and well organised Customer Service / Store person to join our Dunedin team. You will focus on customer service and sales with an emphasis on proactively presenting the company's products.
You will interact with customers to provide great customer experience, and offer the best cleaning solutions available for their needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customers service
- Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
- Customer order entries
- Answering incoming calls
- Handling customer enquires
- Internal sales in our showroom
- Store duties including Inward and Outward goods. This may involve some heavy lifting.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:
- Good computer skills especially in terms of data entry.
- A diligent and thorough approach in all aspects of the role with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to multitask.
- Be able to work within a close knit team environment
- Previous experience
- Must have current drivers license.
This role is based within our branch and requires a hands-on approach with our customers.
