Customer Service & Sales Champion

We are creating a brand new team here at Home Direct and have a number of Customer Service roles available in our East Tamaki Head Office. You do not need to have Call Centre experience as full training will be provided.

The role;

• Answering customer calls
• Taking ownership to resolve customer queries
• Identifying opportunities to offer products from our extensive selection of great brands
