Our client has develop various streams to achieve the Vision of “the right information in the right place at the right time to achieve effective Outcomes”.
This Digital journey is currently delivering a portfolio of work around :
- Enterprise Analytics System
- Digital Workplace
- Document Management System
- Implementing a Portfolio approach
The candidates will be experienced establishing, managing and delivering projects/programme/portfolios of work in the information management space where people and process change is the key driver and technology is the enabler. They will be comfortable working with the fluidity and uncertainty that comes with delivering transformational change, and will focused on shaping the journey and influencing outcomes, not just administering the process.
Their approach and working style will embody key delivery principles and identity. Adopting a range of fit for purpose delivery methodologies and creating psychologically safe environments for people to work together and harness the power of diversity, innovation and creativity to enable delivery teams to achieve their productive potential.
This will include:
- Providing thought leadership on project/programme/portfolio delivery methodologies (e.g. design thinking, sprints, Agile).
- Sharing technical project/programme/portfolio management advice and expertise.
- Contributing to recommendations on delivery team constructs and actively participating in the establishment and management of a shared resourcing approach.
- Participating in Portfolio dependency management, prioritisation exercises, reports, benefits realisation tracking and decision making.
- Fostering strong collaborative relationships with the project/initiative business owner and subject matter experts
