We're currently on a journey of change designed to support our transformation strategy to deliver customer driven technology solutions, with greater speed to market and also keeping pace with emerging technology. Part of this transformation involves a need to be more responsive and agile to future-proof our technology investment.
What will I be doing:
You'll be led by the Head of Technology Delivery, and really, your role is to understand CSD to enable definition and documentation of business problems or opportunities. Through your amazing communication and collaboration you'll undertake current state and future analysis to elicit functional and non-functional needs. You'll be helping the businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way through determining requirements. You'll also get to develop relevant analysis models and have a solid understanding of users, the market place, the competition and of future trends and be able to prioritise accordingly.

This is forming team - one working within an agile environment, so you can expect to further develop your ability to deliver your skills in that area. We are a large SOE which will bring interesting complex work with a strong commercial focus…rather than so much red tape.
About you:
You'll be the sort of person that can speak at ease, in simple terms and builds strong working relationships. You will have a natural curiosity to uncover things others don't' and a willingness to just do even when things are not simple. You will have solid practical experience as a BA ideally gained within an Agile environment. Experience in supply chain, ideally with Oracle Warehouse or Transport Management System will be highly valued in this role.
