About the company

My client is one of the leading organisations in their industry, across New Zealand and Australia. Due to a significant Agile transformation and the implementation of a large Agile Tribe within the Auckland business, they are seeking an Agile Tribe Coach to help the Auckland Business on this journey.

About the role

You will work in partnership with the Tribe Lead and Technology Area Lead to embed a culture of learning, empowerment, adaptability and collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with Tribe Lead, Technology Area Lead and Product owner to embed an Agile culture of Servant Leadership
• Continuously assessing the functioning and culture of the Tribe to close gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Provide hands on coaching of scrum teams in all aspects of Scrum (Scrum Nexus)
• Assist the Product Owner in the development of roadmap
• Establish tribe level metrics and focus on improvement

Skills & experience required

You will have:

• Experience in creating an environment where squads can work according to agile values and principles
• Experience contributing to continuous growth culture across a Tribe
• Experience coaching and mentoring tribe members on their respective responsibilities
• Experience nurturing a culture of curiosity and delivery improvement
