About us
You will be working with a friendly team of Senior Consultants and Programmers supporting CDK Global's Autoline product, the Most Globably Endorsed DMS (Dealer Management System) and IMS (Importer Management System).
Who are we looking for
Initially you will be assisting with telephone and email support for our customer base in Australia and New Zealand, plus software testing, system set up and data input. Accuracy with figures is a must, as are excellent customer service skills.
Ideally you will have a tertiary qualification or are training towards one, although consideration will also be given to persons with experience in the Automotive Industry.
Full training will be given for this position, this will include our Senior Consultants sharing their knowledge with you with the objective of increasing your knowledge across all the modules within the DMS you will be supporting. You will learn to support and train our customers, plus test software fixes, create enhancements specifications.
We are looking for someone who is keen for a career in our industry and the role will provide scope for you to advance within the Company.
Hours of work will initially be 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, however this will change to 11am – 7.30pm after the first month.
Any applicant must be a permanent New Zealand resident with excellent verbal communication skills.
