Project Architect job for a top tier Architecture practice in Auckland.
Your new company
Your new company is a respected and very well established Architectural practice that is based in the CBD. With a strong presence in the NZ market this practice operate across a variety of markets including multi-unit residential, commercial and mixed use projects.
With a good staff retention rate, this practice is widely considered an employer of choice and has well structured staff reviews and clear career paths in order for all Architects to progress. Due to an increase in work within their multi-unit residential folio, they now seek Project Architects on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Your new role will see you take on responsibility across all project stages. The position is very organic and can be refined to suit the skill set and aspirations of a particular Architect. Generally speaking you will have an involvement across all project stages, from conceptual design through to completion. This position will see you involved in client liaison, consultant coordination and working closely with Directors and project teams.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will be a capable Architect that ideally has upwards of 5 years local experience. As a Revit focused office it would be ideal if you are already familiar with this software however it’s not a must. Although there is flexibility with your sector experience, the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of multi-unit residential and high rise projects. Due to the client’s request, you must have local experience for this role.
