Data Driven UX/UI Designer

Are you ready to join an exciting and growing Digital Startup?

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on UX/UI Designer to join our fast growing team at the ground floor. You will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our CRO projects. This role is a full-time position and based out of our office at the @auckland_space_station. If you strive for crisp data-driven design that translates into fluid user experiences and sales, then this is for you!

The Role

• Lead the development and implementation of CRO projects

• Wireframing, mockups, prototyping, asset creation, user flows, visual design

• UI design and development across large websites

• Overseeing the high quality final delivery of completed projects across everyone involved.

• Challenge your design thinking, identifying new trends, spot opportunities for innovative and ambitious solutions to grow our clients’ businesses.

• Present your work to key stakeholders and clients

What You Need

• Strong understanding and execution of interaction design and visual design principles

• 2-6 years of front-end development and design experience (HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, web programming) Shopify is a bonus.

• Relevant degree is a bonus

• An impressive professional portfolio of impactful work.

• Exceptional attention to detail and drive to deliver exceptional work.  

• Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and assist other team members in UX, marketing automation, growth/tech strategy where needed.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in UX/UI design tools i.e Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
