About the role
As part of the UX Digital Design team you’ll own and design a customer-centric experience and product design for the online shop. You’ll be a member of the newly formed Digital Transformation team – a team who challenge the status quo and ‘leapfrog’ the category from today to tomorrow. You will work closely with engineers and product managers within the Digital team. We have a passion for delivering solutions which go above and beyond the expectations of our customers.
Foodies (Foodstuffs North Island) supports a network of almost 350 independently owned and operated stores, operates one of the largest property portfolios in the country and is rolling out a significant portfolio of major IT initiatives and our key objective is to ensure we’re providing platforms and solutions to deliver market leading customer digital experiences.
About you
With a strong Digital Design and User Experience background, you’ll be customer focussed, skilled at managing multiple stakeholders in a challenging matrix environment. You will be a specialist in creating online experiences which are smooth and delightful.
With a Sketch and UI experience, key to your success will also include;
- Strong UX/UI portfolio
- Experience facilitating workshops and influencing
- Experience & love for customer research & onmichannel
