Our client is one of New Zealand's leading property development consultancies. Based in Central Auckland they are a medium-sized but very experienced and highly regarded team involved in the delivery of many significant residential developments across Auckland and beyond.
  
This company has a huge portfolio of development projects in the pipeline over the next few years and are looking for someone who can get stuck in and assist the team with marketing and graphic design.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  

• Artwork, design and formatting of monthly project reports, brochures, IM’s and RFPs
• Attending and participating in meetings with sales agents
• Event Management/Function invites design / communication
• Advertising review and design
• Assisting development managers with the preparation of marketing plans, budgets, newsletter and monitoring of same
• Procuring and reviewing architectural models
• Preparation of marketing and comms for project launches / special releases etc
• Project website and social media management, including google analytics
• Obtaining competitive quotes for outsourced marketing / design/ printing etc work
• PR coordination with agencies / media contacts

  
About you:
  

• 2 years+ experience in a similar role
• A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing or similar
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot a typo from a mile off
• A positive and pro-active approach to your work, and an intelligent and sharp mind
• Outstanding communication and strong people skills
• A good sense of humour would be a huge bonus!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and detailed expertise in the following programmes / tools:
• Adobe Creative Suite – Indesign, photoshop, Illustrator
• Acrobat Pro, WordPress Websites
• Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• OneNote, Microsoft Project Manager, Mailchimp
• Google Analytics & My Business
