THE ROLE:

This amazing Junior Graphic Designer position is tasked;

• To design creative assets for the internal and external marketing activities of the company.
• To assist with the production and distribution of the email marketing activities of the company.
• To assist in the production of publications, sales material, web content & creative and other marketing related campaign material.

The role is Hamilton based in our clients brand new office This business is highly progressive and always looking to build growth, stabilise, and build again, so the opportunities for development are definitely available. If you are a well rounded, experienced Graphic Designer with a few skills in Digital Marketing & Content Creation who needs a new career challenge then climb into this fast!!

THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE WILL BE:

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design highly perferred
• Sound understanding of the principles of design.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of HTML email design using a modern email automation platform (MailChimp).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple constituencies requiring attention.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Maintain a high standard when representing the business
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• Solid communication skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in creating functional briefs for the Marketing Manager
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure and yet deliver as a team
• You will need to be of strong character but know how to enjoy what you do
• Highly proactive by nature with a strong work ethic
• Skilled in project and time management
• Exceptionally well-developed interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a multi-tasking, cross functional environment with the capability to plan a workload effectively
• Lots of drive, personality, energy and passion
