Our client is looking for a strong administrator to support their team. This role will also involve liaising with clients in a professional manner both verbally and via written reporting. You will responsible for managing all correspondence ensuring that it is dealt with efficiently and effectively.


The ideal candidate will possess good interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skills and must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner. You must be positive, self-motivated and able to work very closely with your team members.


Core Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all correspondence received is prioritised
  • Providing written responses to correspondence received within agreed timescale
  • Accurately recording and evaluating information
  • Accurately inputting data and reviewing data and correspondence produced
  • Updating systems
  • Liaising with all stakeholders
  • Ordering stationary supplies
  • Filing
  • Ensuring all email responses are sent to the correct recipient and maintaining all email files
  • Ensure a high standard of professional practice is met at all times
  • Ensure overall performance and targets are met, reporting any issues to a manager
  • General administrative duties
  • Booking flights
  • Taking minutes
  • Dealing with invoices
  • Data entry
  • Adhere to all company procedures and policies

Knowledge & Skills
  • IT Literate- proficiency with MS Office
  • A clear and effective communicator
  • Excellent time management, planning, organisational and numerical skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative, without supervision and prioritise workloads


Experience
Previous general administration experience in an office environment required.
