About the role

We currently have a vacancy for a professional and motivated AdministratorFacilities Management (FM) for a great role supporting the Auckland Council project. 

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will act as a main team support person, assisting with a number of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Accurate data entry for monthly reports, hazard registers, taking meeting minutes
  • Payroll processing for Field Staff
  • Management of Ventia properties and provide support to Auckland Council facilities management staff
  • CCC reconciliations
  • Coordinate vehicle log sheets, checklists, maintenance journals
  • Process expense/TA/overtime claims
  • Provide BSC with project admin support (creations of PO’s, project creations, maintenance journals)
  • Administering our Works Management System

About you

Ideally, you will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data processing and data entry tasks with 100% accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in general administration
  • Accounting systems knowledge and experience (Oracle, JDE, DMS)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook skills)
