We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our Finance Department! This is a new role where you will contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice procurement strategies and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
As the Procurement Manager, you will effectively manage the purchasing of equipment, materials and products for the business, negotiation and managing contract terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards, etc. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while working within your budget.
To be successful in this role you will have had 3-5 years' experience in a senior procurement role and have excellent skills in communication, influencing and negotiation. You will be self-motivated, with tertiary qualifications or extensive practical experience and excellent organisational skills.
