About the role
This is a dual site Practice Manager role across two Lumino practices in Manurewa & Manukau (the practices are less than a 10 minute drive from each other). It is a 40 hour week from Monday to Friday.
In this unique and hands-on role you work in close partnership with the Lead Dentists to drive performance. Overseeing all operational aspects of running a successful practice, you will relish the opportunity to impact change from both a people and commercial perspective.

About you
To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Manager in a customer facing role (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)
- Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients
- The ability to work well under pressure, to multi task and be flexible
- An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statements
- Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology
