We are a well-established architectural design firm based in Albany, and you will be a key part of our small professional team.


As Administration Manager, you will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting, administration, reception and general office operational functions, along with responsibility for debtors, creditors, bank reconciliations and payroll. 

Experience in an Administration Manager / Accounts role and also the use of Xero accounting software & WorkflowMax would be an advantage.

This is a part-time position based on approximately 30 hours a week, with flexibility around working hours.

You will need to be extremely organized, with a positive attitude, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and a great multi-tasker. In addition to this, you will have:

  • Proven experience in Administration Management/Accounts
  • Excellent knowledge of Xero (or similar accounting software) and MS Office is essential (Word, Excel, Microsoft Exchange etc)
  • Payroll experience
  • Experience working with WorkFlowMax would be an advantage
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Be able to think quickly on your feet and create innovative solutions
  • High standard of professionalism when dealing with clients
  • Ability to review processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies
  • Be willing to step in and help other staff when required
