Responsibilities include:
- Organise, promote and administer educational and professional activities
- Assist in developing new education opportunities and development initiatives and funding for these activities
- Responsible for organising seminars from beginning to end and ensuring they are ran smoothly
- Provide event management support for new students
- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with all sponsors involved
- Administrative support assisting the CEO and other members of staff across business strategies
- Administering course enrolments and the delivery of course resources, materials and activities
- Liaising with all teachers ensuring objectives and learning outcomes are met
- Providing assistance to all students should they have any queries with their online courses
- Complete NZQA reporting and oversee the NZQA compliance requirements
Skills and Attributes required:
- 4-5 years’ experience in an administrative environment
- Previous experience organising events from beginning to end
- Ideally an understanding of NZQA processes and requirements
- Confidence to take autonomy in this role
