We are looking for a highly organised administrator to join our Credit Management and Debt Recovery team (CMDR). This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership, develop yourself and really stamp your mark!


This role will see you act as an interface between the CMDR team and their customers. You will work with other Fletcher Building Business Units, lawyers, insolvency practitioners and suppliers to manage new and existing PPSA registrations and recoveries. You will also be responsible for;

-           Securities under the PPSA

-           Secured claims in insolvency including goods and proceeds tracing

-           Enquiries relating to PPSA registrations held by Fletcher Building

-           Reporting, process mapping and opportunity identification

-           Standardising and improving 3rd party recharges

-           Organising workshops and other related CMDR presentation activities 


Ideally you will have some experience working with PPSA and have the ability to read and interpret legislation and terms. You will have experience in supporting operations, ideally within credit management and debt recovery. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to provide clear and concise information.  Your excellent eye for detail, the ability to work to and meet deadlines as well as your advanced Excel skills will ensure your success in this role.
