About the Role

As an Office Administrator you will provide support to the Manager, staff and customers in relation to all administration functions for the company with a focus on motor vehicle insurance policies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a high standard of communication with customers
  • Dealing with incoming calls
  • Managing and providing monthly management reports
  • Maintaining database records
  • Providing a high level of admin and customer support

About You

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A background in motor vehicle insurance or similar is advantageous
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Professional presentation
