About the Role
As an Office Administrator you will provide support to the Manager, staff and customers in relation to all administration functions for the company with a focus on motor vehicle insurance policies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a high standard of communication with customers
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Managing and providing monthly management reports
- Maintaining database records
- Providing a high level of admin and customer support
About You
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- A background in motor vehicle insurance or similar is advantageous
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional presentation
