A little about the company
You will be joining a prominent Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) based in Thorndon. This organisation is widely recognised as a credible organisation at many levels of New Zealand’s society. This includes the NZ Government, private and public sectors and organisations, iwi and hapu entities throughout the country.
A little about the position
The role of Team Administrator is a fast paced role where no 2 days are the same. You be able to provide a wide range of administration services with minimal supervision and able to hit the ground running
Some of the main responsibilities of these positions could also include:
- Diary management, travel arrangements, scheduling and coordination
- Supporting board meetings
- Filling, drafting documents, reporting
- Conference Coordination
- High standard of computer literacy
