About the role:

• Acting as the face of the business, greeting clients at reception and organising meetings etc.
• Customer service - taking orders, handling product enquiries, problem solving
• Communicating with suppliers and freight companies via phone and email
• General administration and producing price lists
• Generating daily and weekly reports

About you:

• You love to be the front person of a business - you pride yourself on your excellent personal presentation
• You have an engaging and enthusiastic personality
• You are quick on your feet and eager to help out in various areas of the business
• You have fantastic attention to detail and data entry skills
• You have intermediate to advanced computer skills (exposure to an ERP system would be helpful)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable, but not essential for the right person
