About the company
We currently have numerous exciting roles across central Auckland for outstanding Administrators. If you are looking for a varied role where you will be doing a bit of everything, whether long term or short term, we have a role for you!
Our roles will see you meeting & greeting clients, answering phones, organising couriers, diary management, client relations, customer service and general administration support. No job will be too big or too small for you.
About the role
Offering massive flexibility and variety. You will be seen with an array of responsibilities including:
- Reception/Front Line Administration
- Managing phone calls/emails & directing appropriately
- Provide administration support to the wider business
- Liaising with clients
- Database management
Skills & experience
- Be adaptable & switch tasks easily
- High attention to detail & organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
