What
Working as part of a tight-knit team of 5, this role will provides support to the sales team and business customers. 

This busy and demanding role which will require you to handle a number of different priorities:

• Quoting, pricing and confirming customer quotes/orders
• Coordinate and manage delivery times
• Liaising with both suppliers and customers to ensure orders are placed and shipments are on time
• Act as the in between person between customer, sales and operations

Where
The organisation provide IT equipment to larger New Zealand and Australia organisations – they work closely with their customers and are the go-to for their customers and resellers.

The business is a New Zealand success story and are based in stunning offices in Penrose. 

The team you will be joining is a tight knit team of 5 who strive on working closely as a team and have many of laughs along the way. 
  
Who
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong attention to detail 
• Numerically savvy - there is little room for error and customer satisfaction is their main priority
• Proven experience working within a tight team environment with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
• Strong problem-solving skills along with good computer skills are a must
• Intermediate Excel skills
