Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service?

We are looking for a receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team. Primarily based at the Franz Josef clinic you also may be required to work at other clinics in the South Westland area from time to time.

As the first point of contact for patients and visitors you will promote a professional image while also providing excellent customer service to your clients and administration support to your team. Your empathetic nature coupled with your desire to help those around you will quickly see you succeed in this front facing role.

Ideally you will have worked in a similar role or have worked in a customer service position. You will be competent with Microsoft Office applications, have data entry skills and an eye for detail. Experience with Med Tech32 would be an advantage however full training will be provided.

While the position is three and a half days per week, we require the successful candidate to have the flexibility to work full-time when required to cover leave.
