This successful, well established insurance brokerage is looking for a documents administrator to manage the processing of their quotations. They are a small professional team with big outputs and offer the work pace of a large corporate in a friendlier niche environment.
Responsibilities
Preparing quotations
Processing new business applications
Follow up on missing/outstanding information
Advising clients of expiring policies
Organising market premium comparisons
Preparing new client packs
Handling underwriting queries
Answering incoming calls

Skills Required
Office Administration from a detail oriented role
Computer literacy with sound typing speed
Insurance, financial services or similar experience
