The Role

Are you a bubbly personality who enjoys helping others? We are looking for a candidate who is after a opportunity to be part of a professional business with a friendly culture. This role offers a candidate the opportunity to learn on the job with support from the facilities team, so previous reception experience would be an advantage but isn’t essential.

As the Receptionist for the Auckland office, some of your daily tasks include:

  • Welcome customers and visitors into the building
  • Answering the Auckland office phone and regional overflow calls
  • Attend to walk in queries and phone queries
  • Booking meeting rooms and VC conferences
  • Setting up of meeting rooms ahead of events
  • Validation of car park tickets for visitors
  • Arranging couriers and distribution of mail
  • Managing the car pool register
  • Reconciliation of invoices for facilities
  • Booking Taxi’s for visitors and topping up taxi card for employees
  • Assist with ADHOC H&S and facilities overflow
  • Assisting with ADHOC event co-ordination
  • ADHOC administrative support for Corporate services
  • Order stationery

About You

  • Previous reception experience would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer services skills
