Our client is currently seeking an experienced corporate receptionist for a maternity leave contract who is professional and outgoing. As the first point of contact for our customers and employees, the receptionist facilitates exceptional customer experiences and first call resolution across a range of inquiries.Responsibilities:
- The first point of contact for customers, contractors and employees
- Working closely with the executive team and maintaining confidentiality of commercial information
- Assist with the setup of meetings and events
- Organise catering
- General administration tasks
- 2-3 years experience in a receptionist role
- Ability to build relationships quickly
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Word skills
