APM Workcare New Zealand are looking for a dynamic team player to step in and manage our National Administration team
We need a passionate, highly-organised and motivated manager to join our team. This may be your next step in your career!
About the role:
- Based in Auckland, covering our team NZ wide.
- Provide support, mentoring, coaching and supervision to our team on a variety of situations that will call upon your experience and knowledge.
- Be involved in recruitment and provide support and training for new staff.
- Identify and drive opportunities for improvement in our systems and processes
- Ensure all administrative functions are completed by your team in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage the overall performance of your team.
Essential requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of experience in the use of Microsoft office programmes
- Expertise in managing workflows and analysis of efficiency of systems and processes
- Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment – we are growing fast!
- A "Can-Do" attitude, a willingness to learn, and a “people person”
- Experience in a leadership role
