As a Customer Service Officer (CSO) you will provide customer service across a variety of channels and products both proactively and reactively to help our customers to get the right information first time around! Using available information and intelligence, you will understand customer enquiries and provide tailored real-time service to ensure first contact resolution wherever appropriate.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Availability to start on Monday, 23 rd July 2018
- Ability to learn quickly
- Resilience and negotiating skills/influencing ability
- Strong Customer Advisory skills and the ability to see a problem from the customers point of view
- Demonstrated experience with problem solving, sound decision making and having a continuous improvement mind-set
Non-negotiable for the role:
- Previous call centre experience
- Clear credit history
- NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
- No days off between start date and 19 th October (training)
