We have a great opportunity for someone looking to work 20 hours in a Monday to Friday role. We are fully flexible with when and how you would like to work your 20 hours within the standard operating office times.
If you are an experienced Administrator and able to work out of our offices above Wellington Railway Station then we would love to hear from you.
The Role:
You will play a vital role in supporting our high performing Communications and Community Relations team based in Auckland and Wellington. You'll be kept busy with a range of responsibilities, including managing the Official Information Act administrative process, project support, diary management and general administration duties.
Role Requirements:
You'll be a detail-oriented, process-driven person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You've got excellent organisational skills, a can-do attitude, lots of initiative and work well in a committed and supportive team.
- Proven experience in a corporate administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- The ability to work autonomously and deliver results
- Working knowledge of SAP would be desirable
- Parliamentary, external relations or communications experience will be advantageous
- Strong, accurate data entry skills with the ability to pick up new software efficiently.
