Our client supplies construction workers to the booming Auckland construction market and now has an immediate need for a Vehicle Administrator to join them on a part time basis (21 hours per week). Based in Ponsonby, the Vehicle Administrator will be tasked with some of the following:
- Allocating vehicles, based on their work site and accommodation location
- Forecasting future vehicle requirements
- Co-ordinating vehicle maintenance / WOF / Registrations / RUC’s / Required Services / Repairs
- Vehicle inspection on return
- New Vehicle purchases
- New vehicle insurance
- Fuel Card reconciliations
- Processing Insurance Claims
- Processing Police infringement notices
The ideal candidate will hold a clean NZ Drivers license, will have previous administration experience, excellent communication skills, strong problem solving ability and an unstoppable 'can do' attitude.
