Junior Customer Success Team Members Required!

Human Connections Group has partnered exclusively with Nomos One, a fast-growing company based in Dunedin who believe that people matter. The company is now looking to expand its team and bring on additional Junior Customer Success Team Members into the mix, responsible for the documentation in the onboarding part of the process as the customer first joins Nomos One.

The Company:

Communication is direct, but considerate. They challenge and question. They move fast. Being busy is not enough – results and behaviours matter. They care about customers, each other and community. They believe in transparency, and openness.

Oh, and what do they do? They serve a global market providing a lease management and accounting platform solution for lessees. Their most immediate opportunity, (which is massive), is to assist lessees to become compliant with the new IFRS16 requirements. IFRS16 will have a significant impact on all lessees who report under IFRS from 1 January 2019. They have experienced 680% growth in 2017, with continued exponential growth on the horizon including international expansion.

The Role:

We are looking for a number of part or full time (32 – 40 hours) Junior Customer Success Team Members to enter commercial lease documents into the nomos one software. That’s it. Data entry is the job in a nutshell but it’s not quite that repetitive.

It’s all about the information that is being entered that is of the utmost importance. You will be able to work autonomously reading very complex documents and entering the information into the system to ensure accurate and relevant information is captured.  Communication is key in the role as accurate communication to the team and Manager on a day-to-day basis with updates as to work in progress.

Specific training will be provided but we are looking for people who have analytical brains and strong attention to detail. Their goal is to ensure the process their clients go through when they start their journey as a customer, is exceptional.

The roles are permanent positions 32-40 hours, ideally Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm with up to an hour for lunch. There will be some flexibility required around weekends. We are looking for at least five people. There is genuine career growth opportunity in the role for the right people.

The People:

You are ideally a graduate, maybe law or have a finance degree of some sort, but you may alternatively have a background in working in the legal profession or finance world, OR you simply have an exceptional eye for detail and ability to understand very complex documents. It’s about attitude!

You have exceptional reading ability, with exquisite attention to detail and ability to interpret and understand the jargon that can be used in lease documents. You will be quick to pick things up, happy to work in a team environment where your peers check your work (and you check theirs!), and you help each other to ensure all new clients are on-boarded and transitioned into the business smoothly and without any hiccups.

Ideally, you’ll have a good sense of humour and the maturity to know when to concentrate and focus on the task at hand.

The company is growing very fast, and we need people who are looking for a long-term commitment and ready to be measured on their outputs, with quality and accuracy being foremost importance.

Key skills for this role:

  • Proven analytical mind with a background in law/finance preferred
  • Ability to understand and interpret complicated content
  • Good grammar, written and verbal
  • Strong communicator
  • Team player
  • Excellent keyboard skills
  • Accurate with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ideally educated to degree level in accounting, law or relevant bachelors
  • Strong work ethic
  • High trust and integrity

Closing date: Monday 30 July 2018 at 5pm.

To apply please send your resume and covering letter outlining your experience in the above attributes to Gabrielle Julius or call in confidence on 021 142 0594 .
