The Company

The Role
Based in a busy team, you will be required to respond promptly and efficiently to customer queries and to deliver an exceptional standard of customer service. From dealing with complaints, returns, general queries, through to providing information about products to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen to customers' questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses
- Provide information about products and services
- Handle returns or complaints
- Record details of customer calls and actions taken, chase as necessary to get a resolution
- Build and maintain successful long term business relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers as appropriate and focus on the achievement of long term customer loyalty
- Ensure all customers are dealt with in a friendly and effective manner
- Provide information on delivery times, chase if goods have not arrived
- Provide information of availability of items
Skills and Experience
- Positive "can do" attitude

- Excellent multi-tasking, priority-setting organizational skills
- Flexible - work tasks and assignments will vary
- Excellent computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
