The Job
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your professional skills and knowledge within a specialist education (Training) sales and service environment. The core responsibilities include:

  • Front line point of contact
  • Bookings and scheduling/Use of varied technology
  • Liaise with clients and attend to their needs (face to face and on the phone)
  • Organizing catering, maintain supplies (that relate to training eg Certificates, and the general office supplies)
  • Varied administration in order to run courses including enquiries
  • Petty cash, maintain client records/database
  • Monitor staff movements, administer client and visitor access, maintaining security awareness
  • Supporting the Office Manager and liaising closely with Head Office/other Branches

The Ideal Candidate
The best person for this role is someone bubbly, proactive, very well presented, articulate and polished, with a can do attitude.  Excellent English and attention to detail is also critical as you will be accessing a number of computer screens.
