Our client is looking for an outstanding coordinator who is keen to provide proactive support to a busy team, set up systems and processes and support upcoming projects. This is a permanent role commencing July/August 2018.
This is a great role with lots of variety, and we need a terrific person who can turn their hand to anything. We will be looking for well organised coordinators, PA's and team administrators with fantastic people skills, lots of initiative, great computer skills and an eye for detail. This role will require you to be proactive in the coordination of a wide range of office administration services such as meeting coordination, diary management, travel bookings and project administration.
This is a hands on role so you will need to be willing to be involved and take the lead on various pieces of work. This is a fantastic opportunity to settle into a professional environment, develop new working relationships and become a pivotal administrator for the team.
